Hokkaido is a small mom-and-pop Japanese restaurant owned by Chef Qui and his wife, Wendy. They opened around December before the pandemic hit in March of 2020. The food is authentic and unlike any Asian food Laredo has seen or tasted before.

Beginning with giving them a new logo, I created a new consistent branding system including new signage, super graphics, and re-envisioning the interior space and furnishings to provide a better experience when coming to the restaurant. The goal was to mirror the modesty and beauty of Japanese culture while still giving a modern feel.
